Roles Description

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in developing and executing recruitment strategies to support our growth. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to drive our business forward. This position requires a strategic thinker to fulfill these needs of the recruitment while mentoring and guiding a team in a fast-paced startup environment. Our dynamic team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. We are looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join our HR team and lead the charge in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract talents, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and culture.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Work closely with the marketing team to enhance the company’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and continuously improve the hiring process.
• Always work towards making the company the best place to work

Skills and Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 6 - 7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven experience managing recruitment for Non-IT roles which includes marketing, finance, operations, etc. in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring.
• Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
• Strong decision making and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
