Better requires process discipline and simplification
Being a Senior Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for end to end hiring process of roles including but not limited to mid to senior level across different IT skills. You will have a good understanding candidate attraction, including sourcing tools, and different job boards. You are used to working closely with candidates with a track record in building relationships and a strong focus on the candidates experience through face to face, phone and email contact.
For such a key role, you will have 8+ years of hands-on experience. You would also have worked with in-house recruitment systems and will have a good understanding of MS office. As a seasoned professional, you are used to analyzing complex data and use the same for key decision making. You would have experience working in close collaboration with partners and stakeholders based locally as well as globally in an SLA focused environment.
