Your Role:
As a Recruitment/Senior/Executive Consultant, you’ll:
Be trained to become a market specialist, recruiting for healthcare professionals across Australia’s regional, rural and remote communities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, creating long-lasting partnerships.
Leverage your sales and relationship-building skills to grow your desk, backed by cmr’s strong brand, network, and expert in-house. marketing team to help build your client and candidate base.
Work in a high-performing team that supports each other’s success.
