The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment needs simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions. Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements. Source candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.). Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates� suitability. Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process. Maintain and update recruitment reports and trackers. Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor�s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2�6 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools. Ability to work independently and in a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
