Job Responsibilities
· Manage and implement all recruiting tasks
· Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs
· Collaborate with the hiring manager to understand the needs and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for vacancies.
· Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
· Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
· Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
· Search for candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, or employee referrals
· Performing background and reference checks.
· Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
· Keep track of all applicants and keep applicants informed on the application process.
Job Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or a related field
· Negotiation skills
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
· Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
