Responsible for achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities NRBDE Team for the Area and meet the Value, Volume and Channel Productivity metrics Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA, Forex and Third Party Products like C2R, Wire Transfer, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Trading, Demat Accounts, etc. through the NRBDE channel Responsible for leading the NRBDE channel and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of the team To identify and on board NR business alliance partners To maintain relationship with HR Heads / Finance Heads in Top Corporates To plan and organise NR focussed marketing and promotional events in the region
