Overview

We are seeking a Senior Resource Planning Lead to join a global Business Planning & Operations team that supports specialist sales and partner organizations across multiple regions. This team owns critical “run-the-business” (RTB) operations including headcount planning, workforce data, reporting, and tooling that enable leadership, finance, and HR to operate with clarity and precision.

This role sits at the center of a major transformation toward agentic AI–driven workforce and resource planning. The analyst will play a hands-on role in maintaining data integrity, supporting ongoing planning initiatives, and helping shape how next-generation AI tools are used to manage headcount and organizational capacity at scale.

The environment is collaborative, transparent, and fast-moving, with strong partnerships across finance, HR, and business leadership.

Typical Work Environment
• Standard working hours: 8am–5pm, with some early or late meetings to support global teams
• No weekend or holiday work required

Core ResponsibilitiesHeadcount & Resource Planning
• Maintain and manage global headcount data and planning tools
• Support workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation activities
• Ensure headcount data accuracy across multiple business units

Business Operations & Run-the-Business Support
• Support recurring operational cadences used by leadership to run the business
• Provide workforce and resource planning insights to support decision-making
• Maintain systems, mechanisms, and tools that drive planning consistency and scale

Data & Tooling Management
• Maintain headcount data systems and tooling used across the organization
• Support data quality, governance, and reporting across finance, HR, and business teams
• Partner with tooling teams to support enhancements and AI-enabled workflows

AI-Driven Transformation
• Support the organization’s transition to agentic AI for workforce and resource planning
• Help integrate AI-enabled tools into planning and operational workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and insight using automation and AI

• Proven experience managing, analyzing, and maintaining headcount and workforce data across large, global organizations, including forecasting and leadership reporting.

• Strong ability to work with planning systems, headcount tools, and datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability for operational and strategic decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Business Operations Experience
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Finance, HR, and business leaders to support workforce planning, run-the-business cadences, and operational execution.
