⮚ Greeting the customers, make eye contact with customer understanding their requirements and engaging with them during the sale process
⮚ Engage the customer at the counter as per their needs. Ensure customer satisfaction
⮚ Prompt attend to the customer with smile, those who walk into the retail area. Explain store layout. Explain the broad variety of jewellery products available at different sections and counters of the store ie gold/diamond/silver
⮚ Address customer complaint. Always follow telephone etiquettes while interacting with customers over phone.
⮚ Excellent Sales and marketing skills and have attractive communication skills always to be used on floor.
⮚ Receive positive customer feedback.
⮚ Satisfy customer with the shopping expectation.
⮚ Sell Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Silver ornaments as per counter duty assigned by the floor manager. Responsible for the Sales Counter. Allocated on duty roster.
⮚ Daily checking physically the quality and quantity of the products as counter allocation
⮚ Assess customer requirement for particular type of product which may be region specific jewellery ie Kundan/Temple jewellery/Jadau/Stamping Diamond/ Chakri/ Kolhapuri /Mangalsutra etc
⮚ Handle the daily visiting customers independently and to clear their doubts and try to sell and upsell our products.
⮚ Promotes company promotions 1on WhatsApp/Facebook/social media status/Make phone calls to customers whose numbers are provided as referrals from others at feedback form
⮚ Take care of the daily visiting customers by providing cool drinks, tea, and coffee with the help of supportive office staff.
⮚ Make phone calls to customers those items kept in selection /reserve
⮚ Handle daily visiting customers their reservation / modification / cancellation / exchange / home delivery, etc. Regarding jewellery sales
⮚ Prepare the estimates, inform the correct value of the purchase to the customers, and enter in the counting slip and then hand it over to the cash counter.
⮚ Make the customer feel to visit again to the outlet.
⮚ Send mailers on discount or promotional events, Assist customer while repair, sales, or order required.
⮚ Inform Customers about new product arrivals
⮚ Stock keeping /display arrangements /daily tally through or net software as well as physical counting.
