Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales goals. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and providing sales forecasts and reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the BFSI sector.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the BFSI sector.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in sales, or a related field. Preferred candidates with a master's degree or MBA in sales or related field.

• Previous 10 yrs+ experience working with leading banks, financial institutions, or insurance companies.
• Proven experience in sales and sales management
