Position Summary:
The Senior Sales Manager is a high-level leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the sales activities and strategies of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Team Leadership:

6. Sales Process Improvement:

7. Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and gain a competitive advantage.
8. Sales Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the sales team and coordinate training programs to enhance sales skills.
- Foster a culture of learning and professional development within the sales department.

Requirements:
