About the job:
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on organic traffic growth for international projects.
2. Lead and plan the overall content marketing effort, SEO analysis, and recommendations.
3. Key responsibility includes bringing in quality organic traffic & the conversions achieved through the organic traffic.
4. Coordinate with the technology, product, content, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure that tasks are completed with valid inputs from all concerned parties.
5. Perform detailed keyword research regularly expanding the existing organic reach, competitive benchmarking, and cross-channel analysis to arrive at targeted keyword sets.
6. Use inputs from keyword research analysis to employ a bottom-up approach to widen the organic opportunity.
7. Lead data analysis on SEO and derive actionable insights to enable continuous optimization.
8. Analyze SEO reports and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation, and appropriate action plans based on insights.
+. Provide competitor backlink analysis, suggest recommendations for internal and external linking, and ensure outreach execution.
10. Lead comprehensive technical site audits on desktop and mobile to identify gaps like multiple domains' correct indexing, page indexing, text-to-HTML ratio, broken links, etc., and create recommendations.
11. Lead in-depth link analysis by evaluating multiple link data points and properties.
12. Categorize the links as positive or negative impact links and create action plans around link building or removal.
Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of work experience with hands-on experience in SEO.
2. The candidate should have shown a strong organic growth rate across brands in a consistent timeframe.
3. Prior experience in the Digital solutions competitive landscape will be a bonus.
4. Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) life cycle - On-page basics like meta tags, website interlinking, breadcrumbs, URL optimization, image optimization, link analysis to track spamming, keyword research & tracking to find new scopes.
5. Experience with website analysis using various analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Keyword Tool, Webmasters Tool, Moz, Semrush, Excel reporting, and internal reporting tools.
1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.
