Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Executive to join our team at Brainosys. As a Senior SEO Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase online visibility for our clients' websites. This position requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, proven expertise in keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO, as well as the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to client websites.
2. Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-performing keywords, and integrate them strategically into website content, meta tags, and other SEO elements.
3. Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
4. Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link building, to enhance website authority and credibility.
5. Conduct regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and provide recommendations for optimization, including site structure, URL optimization, site speed, and mobile responsiveness.
6. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
7. Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and industry best practices, and incorporate them into SEO strategies.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content writers, web developers, and digital marketing specialists, to ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout all digital assets.
+. Stay informed about competitors' SEO strategies and market trends, and propose innovative ideas to maintain a competitive edge.
10. Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as an SEO Executive or similar role, with a focus on organic search optimization.
3. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz).
4. Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, link building, and content optimization.
5. Experience with technical SEO aspects, such as website audits, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.
6. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
7. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to extract actionable insights from SEO tools and analytics platforms.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
