You will be accountable for working with business and technology stakeholders and product teams in order to build solutions & processes, continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. To perform this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 4-6 years in ServiceNow Implementation experience and developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules. You must also be able to partner effectively with a wide range of teams, including business leaders, delivery teams and external partners, to drive business success as well as with IT leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities and to identify &prioritize enhancements based on predefined criteria (return on investment, productivity, and compliance).
You should have strong understanding of ITIL processes and provide subject matter expertise for ITSM, CMDB, Vulnerability Management, Asset Management (Software/ Hardware) modules. You should have strong experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID Server, etc.) and experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, performs integrations and process automation using Service Now Orchestration. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer will be an added advantage, any Certified Implementation Specialist certification would be a real plus.
