Job Description
We are looking for Site Engineers with experience of about 3-4 years for our residential projects in Mumbai. The Job responsibilities are as below :-
1. Exposure in residential / commercial civil construction work, with knowledge in structuring work, Scheduling, Monitoring, Execution, Planning of Site, Coordination with engineers, responsible for execution of build.
2. Must be a good team worker & coordinator, exposure in planning, execution and structures.
3. Conduct technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages of the project.
4. Quality and Quantity inspection of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any.
5. Daily inventory / inspection of materials in various godown and stores of the site.
6. Keep control on the wastages and ensure appropriate use of materials at site.
7. Conduct and coordinate testing of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered.
8. Coordination with different contractors, vendors and ensure improved quality of construction work.
+. Prepare and maintain monthly consumption reports, daily progress reports, etc
