Not Your Typical Skin Therapist – Numa Skin & Body Club

You’ll work with premium products, advanced treatments, and a loyal client base - all while being supported by a leadership team committed to your development, wellbeing, and long‑term success. We hold events every 3 months to celebrate our VIPS memberships and community.

Numa Skin & Body Club isn’t a typical beauty clinic and we’re not looking for a typical therapist. We’re growing, and we’re ready to welcome two exceptional therapists into our team people who care deeply about results, connection, and delivering results driven treatments with genuine care.

The Roles
Senior Skin Therapist (18–26 hours per week)
2-3 weekdays + one weekend day preferred, with potential to turn into full-time role
Part time/Weekend Therapist (Saturday and/or Sunday | approx. 7–12 hours)
At least one weekend day, Saturday and/or Sunday, 10am–5pm plus potential to cover at peak times during the week.
Perfect if you want stable weekend hours or are balancing other commitments with room to grow.
Both roles require confidence in advanced skin treatments and massage.

What you'll be doing
You’ll work closely with clients across:
Advanced skin treatments & bespoke facials
Skin consultations, treatment planning & memberships
LED light therapy, facial infusions, dermal needling, peels & dermaplaning
(training provided)
Relaxation & therapeutic massage (Swedish & Lymphatic Drainage)
You’ll also play a key role in:
Supporting clients through their skin journey with care and education
Maintaining high treatment standards and beautiful rooms
Rebooking, product guidance, and client retention
Upholding Numa’s warm, respectful, results-driven culture
Being part of an exciting and growing team

What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Skin & Beauty Therapist
Qualifications in beauty therapy, dermal therapy or a related field
Confidence in advanced skin treatments and massage
A genuine passion for skin health, wellness and continuous learning
A love for structure, ability to adapt, resilience, teamwork, and excellence
Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
