Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Tech Lead) (Full stack MEAN/MERN Stack Developer with React Native Experience)
Location: New Delhi, Saket (Work from office only)

Company Overview: We are a next generation media tech SaaS venture, which is building cutting-edge products in no code apps space. We are looking for a Software Engineer who has the ability to double hat as a leader & also as a rock star coder (Individual contributor).
The ideal candidate would be someone with up to 2.5 to 3 years of hands-on, full stack coding experience at mid level, leading a mid to small sized team of his own, in a tech startup & is ready to move to the next level.
He / She should have demonstrated their ability to move the product beyond an MVP to a scalable product that is loved by customers.
The person should have the ability to manage a diverse development team including leading a team of developers and engineers, collaborating with product. managers, and improving company policies and standards.
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Fullstack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and have 2.5 to 3 years of experience in fullstack development. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+ is essential, along with strong experience in Node.js and Express.js. Expertise in Angular (for MEAN) and React (for MERN) is required, as well as experience with MongoDB.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and JSON, and working on mobile application development using React Native. A solid understanding of Git version control and collaborative development workflows is necessary. The ideal candidate will also have experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
Strong organizational leadership skills and previous working experience in software design and developing customer-oriented platforms are essential. The candidate must be knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices, and change management. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with team members as a strategic problem-solver are crucial. Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with an ability to connect with other engineers and developers, are required. Experience in a startup organization is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using the MEAN and MERN stack.
Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end interfaces.
Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and bugs.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2.5 to 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
