5 years of software engineering experience
HFT software engineering experience is a bonus
Computer science fundamentals, including familiarity with core algorithms in the graph theory, parallel programming, distributed systems subfields
Strong systems engineering experience in C++, C, or Rust
Strong software architecture and design skills, including the ability to weigh tradeoffs between various approaches
Strong understanding of networks, communication protocols, and distributed systems
Strong communication skills, and the ability to participate productively in technical discussions
Experience with distributed systems, operating systems
Understand compiler design, and features of modern compilers (e.g

In this role you work will primarily focus around writing low-latency software that optimizes cryptocurrency trade execution and power the core of billions of dollars in trading volume on the Solana network.
