We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employee Communications Business Partner to join our team, as communication lead for our Technology& Operations division.
Youll sit at the intersection of people and technology leading the narrative as we embrace AI and emerging technologies across the organisation. Youll translate innovation into clear, compelling communication that builds trust, drives adoption and helps our people build the capability theyll need for the future.
Business partnering with Group Executives and Executive General Managers, youll develop and deliver communication strategies that drive divisional performance and employee engagement.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Gadigal Country (Sydney).
What You'll Do
Develop and deliver Employee Communications strategies to drive divisional and functional engagement and improve leadership effectiveness.
Provide strategic communication advice to Group Executives and EGMs
Lead the delivery of large strategic enterprise-wide campaigns and initiatives
Provide leadership within the Employee Communications team and have the authority. to direct and allocate work to peers
Work across the Corporate Affairs& Sustainability team and Group key stakeholders
Use measurement and reporting tools to provide insights to drive continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
12-15 years + relevant industry experience preferred
Extensive experience developing and executing communications plans and materials aligned with Group Strategy
Proven ability to actively keep abreast of changes in external environment and translate into internal environment
Proven ability to work collaboratively across whole of function and broader group to reach common approach
Demonstrated experience working with others to deliver
Demonstrated experience as a communication business partner to senior leaders
Ability to build collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Degree Qualifications in Communications, or a related field (essential)
Experience in large, complex, customer-facing, highly regulated company preferred
