Better requires process discipline and simplificationAs a Human Resources Knowledge Center Senior Specialist, you will provide first-line support and serve as the primary point of contact to managers and employees across APAC counties. Some of your responsibilities will include handling employee life cycle HR activities, addressing general HR inquiries, and special projects, as needed. By identifying opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency, your work will contribute to the end goal of streamlining processes and promoting global consistency for HR throughout the organization.For this role, you will ideally have demonstrated HR knowledge, with five or more years of experience working within a corporate environment. Your relevant HR Operations experience, attention to detail and keen interest in process disciple will help you succeed in this role. Your HR systems knowledge and expertise in various HR automation software will be added advantage.
