Job Summary
Plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization's inclusion initiatives across both sites and business unit levels, fostering a culture of belonging and community. Develops and implements inclusive programs that promote an inclusive work environment. Leads awareness campaigns, team member engagement efforts, and strategic development initiatives to drive inclusivity. Collaborates closely with key stakeholders and ensures that all efforts align with organizational policies, values, and goals. Contributes to shaping the company's culture and supporting its mission to be an Extraordinary Place to Work By executing high-impact programs and maintaining partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Provides strategic and visionary leadership in advising and recommending complex inclusion matters to senior management and organizational leaders, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and values. Acts as a key change agent by driving organization-wide inclusion initiatives with authority, facilitating the seamless integration and adoption of new policies, processes, and practices across all levels of the organization.

Leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of inclusive programs and initiatives, leveraging best practices to drive organizational change and recommending new initiatives that address evolving organizational needs and team member feedback.

Develops and executes targeted marketing strategies to communicate key inclusion-related information, driving awareness, engagement, and participation in events and initiatives for both functional and operations team members.

Leads the analysis and optimization of inclusion initiatives by leveraging advanced People & Culture (P&C) systems, metrics, and team member feedback to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement, ensuring that inclusion programs evolve to meet organizational needs and foster a culture of inclusion.

Develops and manages comprehensive reports and dashboards to track the effectiveness of inclusion initiatives across teams. Provides actionable insights to leadership, enabling data-informed decisions that enhance program outcomes and align with organizational goals for diversity and inclusion.

Collaborates with multiple Centers of Excellence and internal and external partners to ensure inclusion practices are integrated across all facets of the organization, including talent acquisition, training, and retention strategies.

Builds and nurtures relationships with both internal and external partners to promote, support, and integrate inclusion efforts across the organization, driving sustained impact and fostering collaboration.

Oversees collaboration with external partners that provide collaborative opportunities to enhance community engagement, and drive talent recruitment, while measuring and maximizing ROI through these partnerships to support the company’s diversity and inclusion goals.

Manages logistics for inclusion events, training sessions, and workshops, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company goals.
