• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• Experience with API management and with platforms that serve developers with technical judgment on execution and delivering projects.
• Experience with cloud technologies and collaborating with teams across different time zones.

Responsibilities
• Build the future of our API Experience, powering development for both internal and external customers.
• Craft and execute the API Proxy goals, identifying opportunities, assessing impact, and prioritizing initiatives.
• Establish the technical direction, guide the team through design and code reviews.
• Represent the team as a technical authority, building partnerships to drive design alignment and cross-functional with SRE, engprod, and other teams.
