Support internal/external talent recruiting campaigns for Technical and Nontechnical roles.
Develop and manage recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics.
End to end recruitment. Sourcing candidates from different job portals.
Screening the candidates based on job description. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
This requires a deep understanding through extensive market research of the channels where we can find the best, diverse talent who fits in Organization.
