Job Description

You will drive the full-cycle recruiting process, guiding both candidates and hiring managers through a delightful experience that combines advanced recruitment skills, data, and technology to identify and select the best talent for Purpose. In this function, you will be an ambassador of our company and culture before candidates and external partners, networking with and assessing new talent while providing individuals with an exceptional experience. In addition, you will also structure new, better practices and experiment with technology and AI to optimize operations and revolutionize. Ultimately, you will build a strong talent pipeline and help attract, hire, and retain skilled team members.

Responsibilities:

Acting as a subject matter expert to develop and implement innovative, effective recruitment strategies.
Design and structure recruitment processes and practices based on data and scientific research to achieve optimal results.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including defining sourcing strategies, conducting pre-screening calls to assess applicants' abilities and fit, coordinating and conducting interviews, and extending and negotiating offers.
Lead the recruitment component of People Analytics by designing, monitoring, and measuring key metrics, and generating insights to enhance recruitment decision-making.
Delight candidates and people managers by providing an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with internal experts to draft and post engaging job ads.
Coach hiring managers on the end-to-end recruitment process, including effective use of the ATS, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and utilizing scorecards/other scientific and data-driven methods of hiring.
Lead employer branding efforts, acting as a brand ambassador to showcase Purpose as an outstanding workplace.
Source potential candidates and craft personalized approaches for passive candidates.
Use your fantastic interpersonal and analytical skills to interview candidates using effective, customized techniques/methods.
Participate in conferences and meet-ups to network with talented professionals.
Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse talent pool, actively promoting a culture centered on diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on growth-oriented companies, high volume, scalability, and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Proven hands-on experience with various interview formats and sourcing techniques, emphasizing data-driven and evidence-based practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Expertise in technical recruitment for critical areas such as Technology, Sales, and Regulatory Compliance, with the ability to understand, explain, and source for technical roles.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, recruitment-focused AI, and other relevant tools.
Experience in structuring and managing people analytics and recruitment metrics and utilizing related technology.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition practices and recruitment-related employment legislation.
