Role :Sr. Talent Acquisition/Assistant Manager
Experience- 6+ years
Location: Mumbai (Bandra West)
Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support business growth. This position involves strategic workforce planning, recruitment process optimization, and collaboration with hiring managers to ensure the company secures the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruiters and agencies.
Enhance employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
Conduct market research to stay updated on hiring trends and talent availability.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with executive hiring and leadership recruitment.
Knowledge of diversity hiring strategies.
Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven recruitment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
