Job Description
We are seeking an experienced tax senior to begin work full-time Summer 2026. Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 3 years in public accounting tax preparation services with a current CPA license (or active pursuit of CPA license).
Job Functions Include:
• Providing tax return preparation and review services to partnerships, corporations, and individuals
• Ensuring timely tax compliance of client
• Assisting in supervising, developing, and coaching professional tax staff
• Helping to develop and manage client relationships
• Providing timely and unmatched client service, exceeding client expectations
• Identifying tax issues, conducting tax research and concisely reporting the tax analysis
• Assisting with developing, communicating and implementing efficient tax planning strategies to help with client's customized need and maximize tax benefit
Software: UltraTax, Quickbooks

• A strong sense of ownership for delivering high-quality service to clients and experience servicing multiple client engagements
• Excellent supervisory, team building, and time-management skills
• Ability to work well with a team as well as independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Precise attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and against target dates
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to act as primary client contact for preparation and presentation of issues and resolutions to clients
Busy Season Hours: 50-55 chargeable hour
