Our client seeks a personable tax professional skilled in strategic planning, prepared to collaborate with leadership beyond traditional accounting roles.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop strategies for income tax returns of high net worth individuals within the firm and manage fiduciary returns for the family office as needed.
• Formulate plans and complete quarterly income tax estimates and annual extensions for individuals.
• Conduct research on tax-related issues and address tax notices.
• Support tax managers with special projects as required.
• Collaborate with the tax team on advanced modeling and tax planning initiatives.
• Assist in coordinating tax engagements with external providers.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA certification preferred
• 3-6+ years of Tax experience, ideally from a Big 10 firm
• Background in serving Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) or High Net Worth (HNW) clients
• Strong understanding of flow-through entities
• Demonstrated professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
• Enjoy being hands-on and have a curious mindset
