Your Role...
As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will empower clients to make confident, informed decisions regarding their finances. You'll build lasting relationships that deepen every year.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting tax interviews with clients in-person and through virtual platforms.
• Preparing comprehensive and accurate tax returns.
• Fostering business growth and client retention, while offering additional services.
• Providing IRS support to clients.
• Mentoring and supporting your team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
• Experience with complex tax returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• Familiarity with virtual tax interviews.
• Knowledge of tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and marketing experience is a plus.
