Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a growing Tax firm outside of Boston with their search for a Senior Tax Manager. This is a position that is hiring someone with Partner aspirations to join their team. They are a fully integrated firm providing tax and accounting services to a variety of small-mid size privately held clients.
The Senior Tax Manager Will Be Responsible For
• Reviewing partnership, corporate, individual, trust, estate, and non-profit tax returns
• Plan and coordinate delivery of tax services
• Promote the firm through a variety of business development networking meetings
• Have an entrepreneur mentality with a willingness to learn, grow, and help develop the firm
Qualifications Needed
• 5+ years of related tax experience
• CPA strongly preferred but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient with tax compliance software
• A desire to grow into a partner of the firm
