Primary Objective: To support the Student Pathways team to deliver holistic support for students by enhancing student wellbeing, engagement and completion of chosen pathway. To lead the development of adjustment plans for students with additional needs and the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data requirements. To be an active member of the Student Pathways team, focused on developing relevant programs and documentation required to support our most at-risk students to complete their Northern Territory Certificate of Education and Training and deliver relevant professional learning. Provide flexible and innovative approaches to engage students and to create a welcoming and caring environment.
