Job Description
Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to team.
Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
Performs monitors of client email responses.
Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
Coordinates in scheduling daily team meetings with Meesho and with internal teams.
To be handling clients along with team.
To understand and be through with the technical and working of Meesho.
Reverting on time to clients and team.
Providing reports on time to the internal and to the external team as required.
Provides feedback
Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
Perform other duties as assigned
Need to achieve client retention as per set by Meesho Team on month basis through team.
Ecommerce domain knowledge.
Good in MS Excel
KEY SKILLS: A confident sound English and Hindi(both) communicator,ecomm domain process knowledge
outbound call process with marketplace knowledge(Amazon ,Flipkart or Meesho) preferred
