Background: The Technical Analyst role at NISG consists of consulting on systems and processes to central government, state government and local bodies. It requires the technical analyst to:
• Capture the as-is system technology and tools, and document it
• Capture and understand the gaps from customer and through analysis
• Research and analyze the improvements that can be made
• Arrive at the to-be system technology and tools, and document it
• Collaborate with the NISG team to arrive at as-is-study report, functional specifications requirements, solutioning, and detailed project requirements
Requirement: The Technical Analyst requires to have the following education, experience, and skills:
• Engineering graduate (B.E./B.Tech) or Master's Degree (M.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics and Communication discipline
• Technical analysts require 10-15 years of software development technical design, consulting studies, and customer interactions
• Required: Experience in full stack and database technologies
• Required: Building portals and database-based applications
• Desirable: Experience with Land management systems, and GIS
• Systems analysis, design, programming, and testing
• Knowledge of industry products, platforms, technologies, and tools
• Interviewing skills of customer and users to elicit gaps and improvements
• Strong analytical skills and technical problem solving skills
• Formulating ways to improve the current system
• Documentation of the current and future technology state of systems
• Presentation of the future technology state of systems
• Conducting of workshops and training sessions for customers
• Collaborating with the project team members - project manager, technical analysts, solution architects, and enterprise architects to arrive at a solution
