Job Description
Hiring Senior Talent Acquisition executive for our offshore consulting team. We, Looking for candidates with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment. Any experience in non-IT recruitment would be an advantage.
Office Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days.
Office Timing: Regular day shift.
• Good to a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment for the domestic Indian Market.
• Must have Handled full life cycle recruitment from Sourcing to onboarding of candidates.
• Excellent working knowledge using Job portals like Naukri, and Monster.
• Must have hiring experience using professional social media groups like LinkedIn, StackOverflow, and GitHub.
• Must have strong experience in Passive sourcing, and good experience in using creating XRay search, and boolean strings.
• Experience working for similar RPO processes or end-client recruitment would be a plus.
• The ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated, and self-directed, and must be able to complete agreed targets in time.
• MUST have a very good command of verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment
• Any experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases would be a plus.
