As a Senior Manager Treasury here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our financial strategy. Your contributions lead to improved financial performance, reduced financial risks, optimized cash flow, and enhanced stakeholder relationships. Their strategic insights and financial expertise drive the long-term success and sustainability of the organization.
You will report directly to our Director Treasury and you’ll work out of our NY, NY location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the financial success of Honeywell by implementing effective treasury strategies and ensuring the efficient management of financial resources. Your role will be critical in building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring access to capital and favorable financing terms, which positively impact the company's financial position.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk
Oversee cash management, risk management, and capital structure
Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external partners
Provide financial expertise and guidance to senior leadership and business units
Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities
Prepare and present treasury reports and analysis to senior management
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 6 years of experience in treasury management, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team.
Strong knowledge of cash management, risk management, capital markets, and financial planning.
Proven track record of developing and implementing treasury strategies that drive business growth and financial performance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.

The annual base salary range for this position is <$166,000 - $208,000>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
