Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing relationship and Liaising with PSU, Private & Foreign Banks, Financial Institutions, Mutual Funds, etc. for raising funds.
- Raising funds from NHB
- Raising funds through Securitization / Assignment
- Documentation for Term Loan & Securitization / Assignment
- Preparation of Portfolio MIS, CMA Data, etc and other relevant information for Lenders
- Treasury Operations and Cash Management of the company
- Timely debt servicing - Principal Instalments and interest dues should be paid well within the time schedule as per the loan documents
- Tracking and ensuring compliance with financial & other covenants specified by Lenders and filing reports as required
- Manage entire process of securitization / assignment, preparation of MIS / reports, obtaining credit rating reports, documentation, etc. in respect of securitization / assignment
- Very good understanding of retail loan business, NBFCs business model, systems, processes and legal aspects relevant to NBFCs
- Knowledge of co lending will be added advantage
