Key Responsibilities
Tutor English and Mathematics from Kindergarten to Year 12
Lead classes and support students with assessments, homework, and skill development
Supervise and mentor tutors during sessions
Assist with student assessments, progress tracking, and academic planning
Communicate confidently and professionally with parents regarding student progress and concerns (essential)
Support day-to-day centre operations, including attendance, session flow, and behaviour management
Act as a senior point of contact when required
Maintain a structured, safe, and positive learning environment
Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Previous tutoring experience (required)
Ability to tutor K–12 English and Mathematics
ATAR 90 or above
Strong understanding of the NSW curriculum
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly with parents
Confident managing students across multiple age groups
Organised, reliable, and able to take leadership responsibility
Valid Working With Children Check
Availability on weekdays from 4:00 pm onwards
Availability on Saturdays from 10:00 am
Desirable
Experience in a senior tutor, coordinator, or assistant manager role
Experience mentoring or training tutors
