This key role will involve leading our US taxation team, developing and implementing effective strategies for client management, and collaborating with team members to achieve common goals. Additionally, the selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing complex tax returns for corporations, including Form 1120 and state income tax returns, and providing training to team members on technical skills.
Key qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in US taxation, hands-on experience with tax preparation software, and excellent communication skills. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, be proactive in identifying and resolving tax issues, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
