Founded in 2011 and still based in Melbourne, we are a team of passionate hospitality professionals who believe great food deserves great service. Asado is a premium Spanish-inspired Argentinian steakhouse located at the foot of the Eureka Tower in Southbank, VIC.
About the Role
Join our front-of-house team at Asado as a Senior Waiter, leading service in your section and training & mentoring junior staff in the FOH.
Your Duties
Lead service in your section and set the standard for junior FOH staff
Run pre-service briefs, tastings and product knowledge training
Deliver exceptional guest experiences across a busy, high-volume section
Maintain service standards and contribute to a positive team culture
Support management with floor operations during peak service periods
Skills and Experiences:
What you'll bring to the table!
Unrestricted working rights in Australia (Aus / NZ Citizens or Permanent Residents only)
Proven FOH experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Strong food and beverage knowledge
Team-first mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality
