We cater to musicians, music producers, and retailers with a curated range of products from top global and Indian brands. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who is passionate about music and has the skills to drive sales growth through strategic marketing and direct outreach. Key Responsibilities:Sales: Handle B2B and B2C sales of musical instruments and related audio gear. Build and maintain relationships with music retailers, distributors, and institutional clients (e.g., schools, studios). Follow up with leads, prepare quotations, and close deals. Conduct product demos and presentations to clients (in-person or virtual). Maintain sales records and report performance to the management team. Marketing: Assist in creating and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns. Coordinate with content, design, and social media teams to promote new launches, offers, and events. Identify market trends and gather customer insights for targeted outreach. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches as a brand representative. Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and presentations. Requirements: Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1�3 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in MI/audio/entertainment industry is a plus). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for music and familiarity with musical instruments/audio equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a bonus. Ability to travel locally for client meetings or events. Nice to Have: Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Mailchimp. Basic understanding of social media content and community management.
