Job Description
Responsibilities:
Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and phrases that align with our business objectives. Utilize keyword tools and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for increased organic visibility.
On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content and structure for search engines, including meta tags, header tags, URLs, and internal linking. Ensure that all on-page elements are aligned with relevant keywords and best SEO practices.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that addresses user intent and aligns with target keywords. Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
Technical SEO: Conduct regular website audits to identify technical issues that may impact search engine crawling and indexing. Implement technical SEO best practices to enhance website performance and user experience.
Link Building: Develop and execute a robust link-building strategy to acquire high-quality, authoritative backlinks. Foster partnerships with relevant websites to improve our site's domain authority and search engine rankings.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize various SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO software) to monitor website performance, track key SEO metrics, and generate actionable insights. Prepare regular reports to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO. Continuously improve your knowledge and apply emerging trends to enhance our SEO strategies.
Local SEO (optional): If relevant to the business, optimize the website for local searches to drive traffic from specific geographic areas.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of keyword research tools, SEO analytics, and industry best practices.
Familiarity with on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including technical aspects of SEO.
Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Results-oriented with a track record of improving organic search rankings and driving measurable traffic growth.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
