Job Overview:
• Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage link-building strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase website traffic.
- Research and identify relevant websites for outreach to secure high-quality backlinks.
- Perform outreach to industry-related websites, bloggers, and influencers for guest posting, content syndication, and partnership opportunities.
- Analyze competitors' backlink profiles and identify link-building opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of link-building campaigns, including tracking domain authority, traffic improvements, and other key SEO metrics.
- Work closely with the content and SEO teams to align link-building efforts with overall SEO strategies.
- Utilize tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics to track and analyze backlink data.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices, Google algorithm updates, and industry trends.
- Perform HARO (Help a Reporter Out) outreach to earn editorial backlinks from high-authority websites.
- Identify opportunities for digital PR, newsjacking, and strategic partnerships to enhance link-building efforts.
• Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEO link building and outreach strategies.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of guest posting, content marketing, and digital PR.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for outreach and partnership building.
- Ability to analyze backlink profiles and develop data-driven strategies.
- Familiarity with HARO and newsjacking as link-building methods (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO practices is a plus.
• Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in link building and SEO.
