What you will be doing?
We are seeking an experienced SEO Lead to join our in-house digital marketing team. The SEO Lead will
be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO, SEM and PPC strategies for our website
and other digital platforms to improve visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of both SEO and PPC, including keyword research,
content optimization, bid management, and analytics. In addition, the SEO/SEM Lead will be responsible
for mentoring and leading the SEO Executive. The candidate should be able to work independently and
collaboratively, possess excellent analytical skills, and must stay up to date with the latest SEO trends.
Job Description / Role Profile
• Develop and execute integrated SEO and SEM/PPC strategies that align with business goals
• Lead the development of keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential target
keywords for both SEO and PPC campaigns
• Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools to identify areas
for improvement
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify technical issues that may be impacting the website's
search engine ranking.
• Working closely with the content team to ensure that all website content is optimized for the
identified keywords. They should be able to analyze and optimize website content for on-page
factors such as title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and alt tags to ensure that the website
ranks higher on search engines.
• Monitoring website analytics through tools such as Google Analytics to monitor website traffic,
track user behavior, and identify areas for improvement.
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Google Ads,
Bing Ads, Ahrefs, etc.

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and ad platforms (Google

• In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, including website architecture, crawl ability, indexation,
schema markup, and canonicalization.
