Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead our SEO initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies, managing the SEO team, and ensuring that our websites rank high in search engine results pages (SERPs).
Scope of work for SEO Managers:
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies that drive website traffic and improve search engine rankings
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
• Create and manage content marketing campaigns to support SEO objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and product teams to ensure alignment with SEO objectives
• Conduct regular site audits to identify technical SEO issues and opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
• Manage and lead a team of SEO specialists
• Report on the performance of SEO campaigns and initiatives to the senior management team
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of SEO strategies, tactics, and best practices
• Knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Experience with keyword research and analysis tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other SEO tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience managing a team of SEO specialists is preferred
