About Job CTC Undisclosed Job Location Mumbai Experience 5 - 8 yrs Description The role is focussed on growing the Coverfox Insurance business via Google and Bing Organic. The task at hand is to influence a prospective buyer via creating targeted communication and catching the audience attention in the awareness stage and further nurture them to drive conversions. Organic growth lies at the heart of our growth strategy. In this role, youll work closely with our content team, business teams and CxOs to drive business through SEO. Youll not just be responsible for traffic, but will also have ownership of conversions and business that drives through SEO. Responsible for technical site audits including clear recommendations for change Create a playbook that can be used by the content team to create SEO friendly content Stay on the lookout for potential new opportunities and silos to attract more meaningful traffic Stay updated on the latest developments in the world of SEO & search ranking algorithms and disseminate relevant information to the rest of the team Work on data signals from a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, AHREFs, Excel reporting as well as internal reporting tools Plan content and resources against traffic / business goals and work with data-driven decisioning through use of web analytics software and keyword tools. Forecast traffic and conversions from SEO basis historic data and market variables. Candidate Profile: Graduate / Post Graduate with 5 years of experience in managing SEO in B2C companies managing at least 1 mn organic traffic. Having worked with fintech / insuretech is an added. Must have the agility to work in fast paced delivery-oriented ecosystem; own the process and drive content as well as execution. In-depth understanding of HTML / CSS Team handling experience
