About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive / Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, with a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and manage high-performing campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
● Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to improve targeting accuracy.
● Design and run A/B tests for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
● Must have skills to write script & create explainer and promotional videos.
● Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
● Manage budgets and bids effectively to ensure optimal spending and lead generation.
● Optimize the marketing funnel to improve lead quality and drive higher enrolment rates.
● Work closely with content and design teams to develop creative assets aligned with campaign goals.
● Generate and present detailed performance reports to internal stakeholders regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 2-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically on Facebook and Google platforms, with a minimum budget of Rs. 50,00,000/ month
● Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
● Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization techniques.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into strategic recommendations.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Proficient in AI tools and workflow automation (N8N, ChatGPT, Integrately, etc)
● Experience in coding languages (HTML, CSS, PHP, React, Node & Angular Js)
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
● Prior experience in the Education or Ed-tech industry is a strong advantage.
● Agency Experience is preferred
