Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Technical SEO Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for SEO and a strong technical background. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to improve our website's ranking and visibility in search engines.
Responsibilities:
Conduct technical SEO audits to identify website issues and opportunities for improvement
Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility in search engines
Monitor and analyse website traffic and search engine rankings using various SEO tools
Conduct keyword research and optimise website content to target relevant keywords
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website design and development
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices and implement them into our SEO strategies
Monitor and report on website performance and SEO metrics to the management team
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to drive link building initiatives
Manage and mentor junior SEO team members & Agencies
Should be aware of how to handle blogs and templatize sections.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in technical SEO, preferably in an agency or startup environment
Strong technical background, with experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture
Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO best practices
Experience with link-building and outreach campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
