- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Assist with coordinating waitlist and seating arrangements
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order entry and payment processing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food service procedures and basic menu items
- Familiarity with guest services is a plus
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
