Role:- Server Support Engineer.(Compute Engineer)
Experience:- 2 to 10 Years
Responsibilities:- Provide Remote Support to MC Users, Reseller/VAR, Diagnose and solve the Incidents/Issues via phone and emails for Server related Issues.
Shift Timing:- Rotational Shifts (24/7)
Preferred immediate joiners (or 30 to 45 Days NP)
Work Location: Bangalore, Electronic City, Phase 1
Skills:- Excellent Communication Skills in English (Global support)
Mode of Interview: Virtual Interview on MS Teams(1st Round Communication, 2nd Technical)
Qualification:- Any Graduates(10+2+3 or 4)(No Dilpoma)
Salary Details.
CTC:- Based on LPA +2 Way free cab facility
Experience:-
2 to 10 Years of experience.
CTC:- (Based on Previous CTC)(up to 15 LPA) + Two way free cab Facility
Skills Required
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent product knowledge and troubleshooting skills,
• Good understanding and basic troubleshooting knowledge on Compute & DAS.
• Solid software and hardware knowledge in Servers.
• Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise-grade servers including HPE or Dell or IBM platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Job specific responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues on HPE Compute products like Proliant/Synergy Servers, C7000 Blade Enclosures,
Direct Attach Storage systems. This will also involve basic troubleshooting of related components like SAN Switches and host bus adapters, as well as working on performance and host connectivity related issues which would need excellent knowledge on OneView, Operating systems,
Virtualization and Networking. Providing leadership in technical problem management, working closely with end customers, HPE remote and field support staff is also part of added responsibilities of this role.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
