We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/ Food runner with KOT Experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling cash transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
Handling KOT ( Kitchen Order Ticket)
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and food preparation spaces.
Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and presentable.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of orders.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
KOT experience is a MUST
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
Ability to sanitize work areas effectively to maintain a clean environment.
Experience in food preparation is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
