Our group consists of a range of different brands which cater to different markets, this includes Sherridon Homes, Royston Homes, Evo Homes, First Place, Soho living, Marque just to name a few.
We now find ourselves now looking for an experienced Service and Warranty Supervisor to join us make our customers dream come true.
This role would service the Northern and Western Suburbs.
THE ROLE :
Conduct and perform New Home Service & Warranty Inspections
Preparation of inspection reports and service requests
Identify, assess, and resolve building defects
Liaise with relevant stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and trades
Support and assist Service and Warranty admins and Technicians
Provide quality customer experience & focus
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, ATTRIBUTES
Proven experience from a Service & Warranty function (Maintenance )
Sound knowledge of VBA guidelines and construction process
Well-rounded skillset
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
CERT IV in building and construction is highly regarded
Australian Drivers License
