Job Description:
A new opportunity has arisen to join our team at Summerset, one of the largest retirement village Developers and Operators in NZ. At Summerset, we're passionate about providing quality service to our residents and staff.
The Service Coordinator is a new role for Summerset Richmond designed to engage with our external stakeholders in order to raise the profile of the village and to coordinate the provision of services and support throughout the village for our existing residents.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially older people and their families, nursing staff and village management.
Hours of work would be Monday to Friday +.30am - 4.30pm
What will your responsibilities be?
To promote, sell, market, implement and coordinate all support and care services throughout the village
Communicating with staff, residents and their families
Plan, monitor and report on financial performance of the care and support services
Qualifications:
What are we looking for?
Excellent communication and networking skills
Confident in selling anything from apartments to services to the Summerset way of life
Ability to feel confident meeting new people and talking to small and large groups
Passion to bring the best of life to our residents
Strong relationship building skills across a wide variety of stakeholders
Good time and people management
